Built mental models for TCP/IP, routing, and traffic — then verified them in isolated virtual networks with Wireshark and lab scanners.

WHAT I DID

• Studied TCP/IP and common services/ports
• Created isolated VM networks for experiments
• Captured and read traffic with Wireshark

HOW I LEARNED

Theory first (layers, handshakes), then packets on the wire in a lab.
